Lower ground to second floor is one hundred per cent let, and the second floor is taken in full for a restaurant now being built. Standard retail leases run nine years on minimum guarantee or revenue share, CAM billed separately. Kiosk space is still available, and brands on the waiting list hear first when a unit is released.

Indicative shop rent, when a unit is released: ₹125 per sq ft a month, plus CAM of ₹30 per sq ft a month. Kiosk rates are quoted separately.
