How many people does the conference hall seat?
45 in a U-shaped layout, 16 at the boardroom table, and up to 110 theatre-style with the lounge opened up. Boardroom, classroom and workshop layouts are set up for you.
What does it cost to hire?
₹6,000 for a full day — an 8-hour block that includes the A/V suite, WiFi, an event manager and coffee. Overtime is ₹3,000 an hour.
What audio-visual equipment is there?
A 110-inch stylus-enabled touchscreen you can share to from any device, JBL professional sound, a 4K camera and room microphones for hybrid calls, and wireless mics for the speaker and the audience.
Is catering available?
Yes, arranged in-house: tea, coffee and snacks; an executive thali or buffet working lunch; or a full-day package with morning and afternoon high tea plus lunch.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with the date, the number of people and the layout. Booking is on 100% advance with a refundable ₹5,000 security deposit; cancellation needs 48 hours notice.
Is there parking for attendees?
Yes. Keshar Towers has 300+ paid, covered basement parking spaces managed by on-site staff, plus roadside parking for 50+ cars. The basement has direct lift access to the fifth floor.
