What is included in a fully managed office?

A furnished office, cleaning twice a day, electricity and day-to-day services. The builder pays for repairs inside the office and responds in a couple of hours. The office also has an inverter, so the supply does not drop. Your proposal sets out the scope, price and terms.

What are the terms?

A furnished office takes a 6-month deposit. Leases run from 11 months to 9 years, with a lock-in of 3 months to 3 years. Rent increases 5% every year. Notice is 3 months.
