# Terms of use.

This website is published by M/s Keshar Infrastructures (Partnership Firm), the owner and developer of Keshar Towers and Keshar Apartments in Gwalior. It is a brochure. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Space is let or sold only on a separate written agreement signed by Keshar Infrastructures.

Areas, rents, sale rates, distances, specifications and photographs are indicative and can change without notice. The exact area, price and terms for a particular unit are given to you in writing when you enquire, and those are the ones that count.

Our RERA registrations are P-GWL-17-010 for Keshar Apartments and P-GWL-20-2569 for Keshar Towers. Where anything on this site differs from the registered particulars, the registered particulars prevail.

The text, drawings and photographs here are ours unless credited otherwise. Tenant, brand and cinema names appear to say who is in the building; they belong to their owners and their use here is not an endorsement by them. Please do not reproduce our material commercially without asking us first.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and other services are there for convenience. We do not control those services and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a page alone — ask us, and we will put it in writing.
