 Who we are
Keshar Infrastructures is a premium real-estate development firm based in Gwalior — the property arm of the Gangwal Group, a family that has done business in the city for over a century.

We started in 2012 with Keshar Apartments on Race Course Road — 250 homes around 40,000 square feet of landscaped garden, with an infinity pool beside a gym on the roof of the clubhouse. Keshar Towers followed across the road: offices, national retail, a four-screen PVR and MileStone, built by the same team to the same standard. We are a partnership firm — the people behind everything are the people you meet on site.

What we believeWe want to make buildings worth living in. We care deeply about quality of life, and about how a good building — its light, its air, the spaces between — can change a day for the better. Our aim is to give that to as many people as we can.
We work cleanEvery project is fully approved and RERA-registered, with a clear title and occupancy certificates in hand. Registered deeds, proper agreements and a standard legal pack for anyone's due diligence — we do things the right way, always.
Green by designRoom to walk and places to sit. Every project keeps ample walking space and shared public areas, and recycles its water — sewage treatment, water recycling and rainwater harvesting are built in from the start.

Our story
- 2012We start with Keshar Apartments
Keshar Infrastructures is founded and work begins on Keshar Apartments — 250 homes on Race Course Road, one of the city's most premium townships.

- 2017Families move in
Keshar Apartments completes. RERA registration P-GWL-17-010.

- 2023Keshar Towers opens
We bring Shoppers Stop, Zudio, Mr D.I.Y. and Reliance Smart to Gwalior, with the offices and MileStone Coworking above.

- 2024PVR opens — into entertainment
A four-screen PVR multiplex on floors 3 to 5 takes the group into entertainment.

- 2025Into food and beverage
The group moves into F&B with Glaamz, a Nescafé café and a Giani's ice-cream parlour at Keshar Towers.
